Sometimes it has to do with gossip. Like one person says "Did you here that Mike and Jane are dating?". Second person says "no way!" First person says, "yeah, didn't you get the memo." Meaning that most people in the loop know about it already.

It refers to an undelivered message. Or you where left out of a loop on something. See the movie Office Space I believe that's a good example of how the phrase got started.

If you ask someone a question and they respond with "Didn't you get the Memo?" it means that either you where left out of the loop and didn't get a message that you should have gotten or your being intentionally left out of the loop.

It doesn't say much of Jesus's sacrifice either - if there was no change to God before or after Jesus's life. So in conclusion - what exactly was sacrificed at Jesus's crucifixion? Just one mortal, human life. God, apparently, lived on. Also, if God's plan is to reassemble all the bodies of the dead... how dumb is that? To reassemble the same imperfect sinners, to exactly the same imperfect design? Dumb, Dumb, Dum-De-Dum. And they say it's "intelligent design"?
