How come you think Europe is boring?
You can get as much excitement in Europe as you can in the USA, likely even more.
You will have to go to the right country, but in the USA you will have to go to the right state and town.
I would prefer to live in Europe, much more personal freedom, more culture and more different cultures.
And I would not want to live in an exciting situation, as 'may you live in exciting times' is a curse, not a blessing.

It depends what you like. If you like culture, then Europe. If you like being part of a country with a superpower bullying government and a lot of Britney drama, and an all out party going on 24/7, then come on over!!
