This question is asked at least 100 times a week. And the answer is: Try out for community theater in your area and school plays. No one out here can help you. (At 15 you really should not even be thinking about getting an agent. That is putting the cart BEFORE the horse.) YOU have to take the initiative and do these things. You need to start locally and get a little bit of experience. Meanwhile, do well in school in case your big dreams don't work out. Most people never make it to the big time where acting is concerned.

Well, it depends. You are going to need your parents' help if you are going to make some real progress while you are in school. So here 's the plan: 1. get your parents' approval of your wanting to be an actor. 2. be in all the school, church and community plays you can. 3. get a mentor 4. do some guided reading, 5. take a professional class. 6. be in more plays and take more classes until you have a good resume, 7. get a good head shot and write a good cover letter. 8 try to get an agent and professional work.
