While you're sitting there reach over and start the shower. strip and take a quickie shower. Make sure you are stocked up after that. It's like running out of gas in your car, it usually takes once to learn your lesson.
If you're in a public toilet wait for someone else to come in and ask them to hand you some.

Paper towels...kleenex...gift wrapping tissue paper...I've even gone so far in an emergency as to use the morning newspaper.
But, if you have the time, just take a shower and make sure to use a lot of soap.

well if you're on the toilet and out try using the empty roll as best you can, then make it to the next closest thing. maybe a new roll under the sink or a wash cloth or if your desperate use tissue already in the trash if its clean enough to use...lol ive done that before...lol

If in a public restroom, grit your teeth and use the cardboard roll as best as you can, then slip into another stall and use that TP. If at home, make a quick check of the waste-basket for suitable remnants. If neither is possible I guess you'll be doing laundry...

Well, I'll sit on the pot and scream really loud "BABY, YOU FORGOT TO GET TP TODAY, CAN YOU BRING ME A TISSUE OR SOME NAPKINS OR A SOCK OR SOMETHING!???" And then when I'm done I go buy more. lol
EDIT: Just thought of a great story. My husband and I were driving to my grandma's (in the middle of nowhere) And he had to poop SOOOOO bad and he couldn't wait so he pooped in a cornfield and used his sock. My grandmother must have asked him a million times why he only was wearing one sock. LMAO! Now we ALWAYS have napkins in the glove box.

Have a quick shower, especially if you did #2. That is what I do, when I have nothing. I have used a washcloth before then wash it right away after. I would rather have a shower though.

wash ur butt and then let it air dry :D
in movies they always have some idiot do something stupid like wipe their butts with their underwear or with a towel or curtain, but its (i think) a lot more hygienic to just wash it, even more hygienic than toilet paper!!!
