There's this middle ages fat nasty nosy butt person that I used to work with who absolutely drove everyone crazy she worked with. She we constantly talk about and tell everyone who she was the boss of and how she could approve whether or not people could take time off. She would occupy most of her day simply walking around seeing what everyone was doing, taking the long way back to her office and sticking her head in my office sometimes 20 times a day saying the same thing "are we having fun yet", "is it nap time" etc. She would exaggerate things, like if we would come in from lunch at 1:05 it would be like 1:15 or 1:20. There were at least two people fired basically because she didn't get along with them and one was pregnant. The one who was pregnant was calling in due to morning sickness, but this ***** didn't even tell her supervisor why she was calling in before they let her go. She has had sexual harassment cases against her and is still employeed, her manager condones it.

I'm no longer employeed there. I'm not that hung up on it either I'm just looking for some creative ways to do something. Maybe even a way to report their companies ethics perhaps. Those of you who answered my question with simply move on are no help why would you even bother answering.

I think she secretly has a crush on you, so that's why she is annoying you 20 times a day."are we having fun yet" is her way of asking you if you'd like to go out on a date with her and have some "fun" & "is it nap time" is her indirect way of saying she wants you badly lol she has had previous sexual harassment cases against her so I wouldn't be surprised if she makes comments with hidden agendas.

if "her manager condones it" then something is fishy.she might be having forbidden relations with the manager.if she's already in a relationship and suspected of being unfaithful, then you can call the cheaters show and let them handle it.public humiliation is the best revenge lol good luck.

well first of all revenge is never the answer- I believe that what goes around comes around.. I think every office has a fat middle aged nosey b****. Sadly- everything (in good time) will catch up to her, and you- and everybody that has been burned by her will get their vendication.

The way I have learned to deal with people like that is to just stay away, and if you have to deal wih them make it as short and sweet as possible. One thing I know is that if you have patience they ALWAYS hang themselves. She will mess up in front of her boss eventually. Revenge always backfires and you will be the one looking bad. Every place of employment has people like this.

Revenge is a dish best served cold! Draw up a letter detailing the problems and send it to the person(s) over that managers head! Best to you! ;-)=

There will always be somebody who is wrong . There will always be someone you don't like.
If you like the company... stay.
If they are as bad as you say, they will be weeded out .

If you think about revenge, you forfeit control. I know, its very hard, but just try to forget about it.
