Other than doing it yourself with some plaster of paris, you can't.
Doctors don't give people plaster casts when they break boens anymore. Now it's a mixture of fiberglass and some other stuff because it's not as heavy, dries a heck of a lot quicker, and a few other things.
Wearing a cast is not fun at all. You can barely use your hand of the arm the cast is on. Casts also itch like crazy and you can't do anything about it because sticking something down the cast can result in scratches which can lead to more problems. They're also really hot to wear.

well, u can either break a bone.... or the less painful way
u can go to ac moore or any craft store and buy a roll of plaster and make ur own cast.... just remember to put some kind of barrier between ur skin and the plaster

Go to an artist shop (or something like that) and buy some plaster of paris.
But remember it drys out your skin.
