Is there a way to not have a way that people can get the html code for my video on youtube? I want to know. Is there a way? I don't want people to have the html code for my video. Thanks.

are you speaking of embedding the video. if you are then you can turn the embed option off for that video or all in the edit menu of the video and it won't play on other sites.

I just saw a youtube video in which the user had removed the ability to link to it, and the embed coding. Maybe if you look for it long enough you will find it in the youtube FAQs or the help.

Look in the link at the bottom and when you click "more info" in the video there is a box that says: "Embedding disabled by request"

Not sure if that's what you want but if you set the video to "private" nobody can see it unless YOU yourself give then the actual url.

If you only want certain people to see it, set it to private, and give them the url. Nobody else can see the video.

Nope. All they have to do is view the source code (either right click > view source or view>source).
