I love to work out. It makes me feel good all over - inside and out. I am always looking for fun and exciting ways to keep in shape.

Any suggestions?

Strapping on my ipod and going out for a 7 or 8 mile run outside on some trails...nothing like being out in nature and running...especially during the fall with the crunching of the leaves under your feet

I listen to my iPod for hours and just dance around. I ride my bike for two hours a day and then dance some more... at random times. I went from a size 10 to a size 3 with this regime.

Going to the gym and going on things such as tredmill and the bike.

I also work out at home using techniques and tutorials from youtube, of which are fun to do!

When my conditioning is strong I like to mix it up and keep the pace high. Full body and multiplaner movements followed by explosive plyometrics or anaerobic. An example, doing walking twisting lunges followed by jumping lunges, then clean and press followed by wind sprints, pullups with leg raises followed by star jumps. That would be a good routine that would have you soaking wet and panting.

I go to a gym every day but I really love to power walk in a park and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature the best...

I work out all the time...I agree it does make you feel great inside and out... :)
I do a lot of martial arts, mma,kickboxing and karate.
I also do bosu,pilates which are great exercises for toning.
Dancing is also another great way I stay in shape.
