How to link pages together?

Please explain how to make at least 3 pages linked together using html coding.

Please help..thx

Put all the pages in the same directory, then use something like the following to make a link

and in page 1 have the link to page 2 etc.

then maybe in the last page, have it go back home? or to the menu.
