That is something you should go to the doctor for and get checked out. There can be different reasons for it and I would leave it to a doctor to find out what is going on.

It could be a UTI considering the fact that you said it comes with urine, but I've never had blood in my panties with a UTI! Go to the doc. It sounds kinda serious!

When you urine with blood coming out from your body. If you feel buring while you're urine. You could have a Urine traction infection. If I were you, goes see your doctor. They will help you with them.

Are you having any pain? If the blood is unrelated to a period, of course, you can probably assume that's what it is. But if you're having pain and you're peeing blood then you kind of need to go to the hospital.

hard to know, are you male or female? if female could you be starting your period? if male, it could be a bladder infection, could be for a female too....you just don't give enough information to answer this.
