The question is if I take my pill on Monday, but have sex on Tuesday morning bfore my pill and then forget to take it (sex and missed pill on the same day) am I protected by the pill from the previous day or not?

Its unlikely but the pill is not 100% anyway, so even if you never miss one you could still fall pregnant.

You are still protected at the 99% effectiveness of the pill... if you feel you may still become pregnant get the morning after pill.

Probably b/c the mini pill MUST be taken at the same time everyday b/c it contains NO estrogen.
And sperm can last days in your vagina so yea you could become pregnant.
