I should do more to get in shape first! but lately I have changed my diet and have been trying to make sure I walk a mile each day. Hopefully, I'll be in good shape soon, then we'll see how well I am able to stay that way!

I work out at lunch time across from my office building 5 days a week for 45 minutes, either doing the eliptical or treadmill.... I take Yoga every sat Morning and I take Pilates every Wed Night....

I run 1.5 miles in the morning, work out twice a day, five times a week. I eat my fruits and veggies and drink a gallon of water everyday. I play sports, go swimming, and I dance.

Joined a health club in May, go 6 days a week, watching my diet (eating healthier foods), power walk at lunchtime and or weekends at a local track...lost 34 lbs. so far and feel great..

I go to Wushu and Tai Chi trainings,I try to eat as healthy as I can and I play with my dog every day-that involves a lot of running

I simply walk...I use to take the bus to the supermarket(which is about 1km away)... Now I am doing it walking...Which is nice...I eat yogurt every morning with juice instead of the usual toast and Coffee with sugar!!

trying to look after my diet , but its hard job and have to grab anything available at office's canteen and then ,as u know , i am trying to quit smoking...
i have started regular jogging in the morning...lets see
