Oram ofcourse he is better than Vettori
Vettori bowls well than Oram but fails while pressure situations Oram can be tougher and my votes goes to Jacob Oram

Jacob Oram is a better allrounder.
Eventhough Oram might not be the class of Vettori in bowling, he is good when he is on rhythm. This tall lad extracts so much bounce for the batsmen, and is handy especially in bowling conditions.
And, Oram is a better bat than Vettori, i think. So, Oram gets my vote
