My OB said it's pretty common.
I have a retroverted uterus. I've had one child and one on the way, so it doesn't have any affect on me getting pregnant.

I have one. My doctor told me it is kind of like being left handed. Most women's uterus tilts forward, but sometimes it tilts backward. It's not the most common, but it isn't "abnormal". It may cause some difficulty in conceiving, but I didn't have any problem either time I tried to conceive. My sister also has a retroverted uterus and she didn't have any trouble either.
