I'm looking for a old school rap song that sampled jamaica funk by tom browne, that featured a english sounding guy rapping, I remember one line from the rap "you gotta get up to get down and really go to town". It was played alot on 1580 kday back in the day. Anyone know this song?

This is an old school rap song from the mid to early 80's.

I was thinking about Coolio's song, but it sampled the music from the old school song "Thighs High."
