Breakfast - on the go or at work, so 5 minutes.
Lunch - I try to be leisurely, 20 minutes.
Dinner - the same (if I'm at home, 20 minutes), out to eat at a restaurant (20 minutes - 1 hour).
I generally enjoy food and like to eat slowly, though.

Breakfast is about 30 minutes. We start our day together and chat a bit over the breakfast table.

Lunch is at work. Maybe 10 minutes if I'm lucky.

Dinner is about 75 minutes. A chance for us to catch up and unwind.
