It makes me mad b/c many counties in my state (NC) will be out of water in a matter of days and these people are watering their lawns.

Yes I would call the county on them, we all have to do our part with the water shortage and the lawns can go without!!

Yes I would, watering a lawn when water is hard to come by is selfish and those kinds of people only care about themselves. Everyone needs to conserve even though it may seem hard people just need to use common sense and reserve.
