Nah... I don't get p*ssed. It still hurts like a MF and I own it, but I'm not gonna get angry at myself for having normal human emotions.
All we can do is try to shift our focus elsewhere, move on and wait for time to eventually reduce it to a tolerable level.

Everyone does. If they don't, they're not a normal human being.
You'll be able to move on eventually. Try to find other friends and activities to occupy your mind. Avoid meetings with her, unless mandated by the court. Ignore her.
It's never easy, and it takes a long time. But you will recover and make a better life for yourself.
Peace.

No you're merely feeling in charge for walking remote from the relationship. that's difficult to verify somebody you care approximately return to their ex because of the fact there's a reason he/she became the ex to beginw with. All you're able to do is concentration on your contemporary relationship and attempt to make it artwork.

I feel your pain. I have someone who left me for someone else and married them. This was over 7 years ago. I don't love him anymore but the way the whole the went down bothers me and always will.
Seems like I still think about him everyday.

everyone thinks about their ex after a breakup.. It's only natural to do so.
Just dont let her get to you. Keep your mind occupied with other things going on in your life

I hate him too much to think about him. He is such a sh!t to our kids, that when I do think about him, I am usually telling him off while duct taping him to a frigging rocket and starting the countdown - all in my head, of course! LOL Gotta remember next time to tape his mouth shut first, so he'll hear what I've got to say...

i'm sure i did years ago before i got married. whats worse is being married and trying to figure what the hell to do when things are looking hopeless. you'll find new love in your life. try to fill your mind with other things.
