It will be Thursday.The International date line represents the 180 degrees longitude.Calculating the time difference between either sides of the IDL gives us 180*4=720 minutes,as two succesive longitudes differ by a time interval of 4 minutes.
Moving to the east of greenwich meridian,one has to set clock ahead.While the clock has to be set back on moving towards the west.EAST of IDL is actually WEST of greenwich meridian.Hence the area west of IDL will be 12 hours ahead of the area east of IDL.

you gain a day crossing from the west and lose a day crossing from the east.

It will be Thursday, and (this blew my mind) THE SAME TIME!!! If it's 1:00pm Wedensday at 179.59.59W, then it will be Thursday at 1:00pm at 179.59.59E!
