Man yes and i can't stand that BIOTCH!!!!!!!!! I swear her old @$$ is always all up in the koolaid and don't ever know the freaking flavor. I just make it a habit to say something whenever she passes through my office. Like today she came in here to get some papers off my desk and my other co-worker was standing beside me and i said really loud so that the old hag could hear me "Shhhh bequiet and be careful what you say cuz somebody will go tell on u!" And then the other chick says sarcastically, "oh there's really people here that would do that?" And i could tell that i pissed her off and that just made my day!!!! :)

Yes, I have several spies that have gotten me into trouble.
I hate office politics. Thats why I'm trying to start my own business and as a boss, I will not tolerate office politics. I see it as a disease. And those people need to be dealt with.

Yes, the boss made his step-son office manager. He's just a remote control doggy for the boss and absolutely EVERYTHING gets back to him.

These people can be very useful. If you want "the boss" to know something or about something, let the person who has "ears" overhear what you want reported.
Make sure that important, private stuff is not discussed in the
office.

Probably. I'm just glad it's Friday and in 4 hours, I'm home free.
The way I sit, my cubicle is open in the back and I've got a woman who sits behind me. She's 48 yrs old and when she doesn't have work she spins in her chair and watches my computer and the computer of the girl next to me. On top of it, everything she says comes across rude. It's unbelievably annoying.

There is always a kiss @ss in the work place---this type of person thinks that they can get ahead or make points by telling on others...this behavior is usually indicative of inadequacies or inability within themselves...

You need to stay the hell away from troublemakers like that, they ought to mind their damned business. You need to go to personnel or the human resources department, at your workplace to resolve this matter before the situation escalates. It's not really worth losing your job for.

I'm thinking most places of work have what you call a spy....in one form or another.... and some have more than one! Which makes it doubly annoying!
