Strangely putting a hat on helps as it stops the heat escaping from your head!

Put on a pair of socks first! Then turn on the heating! Unless the scarf is warm enough! How did they get so frozen? Is there ice or snow where you are? When my feet are really froze,i stick them in a bucket or pan of warm water! Hope your ok!

I put on socks because I don't like to just waist the energy but I am a bit of a tree hugger. If it is cold then I would turn the heat on but when just my feet get cold I usualy sit on them then put socks on to keep them warm or grab a blanket.

I just make sure my feet stay under a blanket..I'm not too fond of socks, and just because my feet are cold doesn't always mean the rest of me is and I need a heater on.

I try the socks and blanket approach first. If that doesn't work, I move to house slippers. If I must, I'll turn on the heat. But I try to avoid turning it on at all costs!

Glad that works for you, but I have things to do. Socks, cheaper than turning on the heat.
