Depends on whether I"m opening a left-hand door or a right-hand door...there is a difference. If you buy a door, they'll ask which way you want it to be handed.

Usually my right hand, since doors are build like that for the right handed population. But when I can, I'll open doors with mu left hand, since I'm a lefty.

Since I'm right-handed I tend to do most things with my right hand without even thinking, so I would have to say I usually open doors with my right hand.
