Nope there is nothing wrong with you. You are a healthy male. When you Ejaculate, the muscle's in your penis and ball sac tighten up to release the semen (which makes it "splash" out). After the first release of semen they relax back down which makes the semen drip out. Thats perfectly normal. Hope this helps! :D
