Eat very healthfully, remembering servings of fruits and veggies and 8-10 glasses of water each day. Go easy on the salt though, it will bloat you.

exercise is est for you but you need to eat really well. eat your starchy and sugary foods early as then you give your body a chance to use that energy instead of eating it at dinner and going to bed maybe three hours later. Also, stay ways from anything fried, and fast food, deserts, etc..., eat a ton of lean meats, which is chicken, turkey, fish, and some pork...don’t eat too much red meat, stay away from fatty meats like sausage and salami. Also, try to eat 5-8 smaller meals a day rather than 3 normal sized meals. When you eat more, but smaller meals, it keeps doesn't shock your system like when you eat a big meal, so your metabolism works much better. Lastly, drink only water. I drink 12 bottles a day, it is hard but soda and all that has empty calories and sugar which turns into fat when it is digested. Even diet soda is bad because your body is expecting something from the calories coming in, however they are empty calories with no nutrition and in effect make you hungrier. Good luck with your weight loss.

confident. i finished ingesting alcohol throughout the week, decrease out all goodies, fizzy beverages and biscuits and ate alot of hand-crafted foodstuff the place I knew what each and all the ingrdients have been. I lost 8kg in 3 months!! in case you prepare dinner for your self then you definately be attentive to how many energy you're taking in. in case you soak up much less energy than you burn you will shed some pounds. Drop your each and daily intake to around one thousand that's amazingly basic to do (vegetables and fish contain hardly any yet fill you up and are very healthful) and you will see outcomes quite rapidly. yet you cant do this long term, in no way extra beneficial than a pair of months. Dont consume that chocolate bar -200cal Dont consume that packet of crisps -160cal Dont have a tumbler of wine -160cal for a small glass Run a million mile -120cal i'd somewhat no longer consume the chocolate bar than pass working to lose the burden

You can just eat healthy. It would have to be a very strict diet though and you would have to follow it to the T. If you want to lose more than 10 pounds though you really have to some exercise. Cardio help you burn fat and calories. Walking is easy to do and is very good for you. Maybe walking for a half hour at lunch time or something like that.

A combination of eating right foods, quantities and execrising at least 30 Min's a day will help weight loss.

Eat lots of vegetables and lean meats. Celery is said to be good at reducing calorie intake as the body uses more energy in digesting it.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

Sleep longer, eat cleverly, drink more water, and enjoy life.

Otherwise you buy a gadget that exercises for you, like an electro stimulation belt, or a machine that moves your body for you.

Humans are a little like Grizzly bears. They get grumpy when their blood sugar gets low or they think their food stocks or wealth is insufficient to get them through upcoming winters.

Bears also have two aerobic modes: Chasing food in times of plenty and fattening mode before winter when food gets scarce.

If you sit around all day and never get out of bed, and allow your sugar levels to get low your body will think its fatten up for hibernation time.

If you space small meals out throughout the day and avoid carbohydrates after 5 pm, you will trick you can trick your body into thinking its food chasing, fat burning, time.

See my other answers for details of diet.

Most importantly, drinking lots of water is the most effective method to loose weight.

Deep breathing helps, but you might consider this exercise. Heavy breathing or sex is also good but this also involves some muscular stimulation (i.e. exercise).

Two twenty second sprints everyday should be enough to convince your grizzly that it isn't hibernation season yet.

Laughter and crying are also fantastic exercises that some people would not think of as a huge physical strain. Six belly laughs and one good cry per day, should be sufficient exercise and remove stress toxin and let your body know it needs to be ready for fun and excitement.

If you eat more often and have lots of fun through your day you are likely to sleep better and longer at night. While your sleeping your not eating, and you are using up food repairing and growing your body and brain. The longer you sleep the more weight you will loose.

Cut 500 calories out of your daily diet. 2500 calories is about a pound. You will tend to lose a pound a week. Slow but sure but you can't cheat on the diet. Look at your bread you could cut a lot out there each day. Look at your food and see what you can replace with less calories.

My father is disabled and can't really exercise so this is how he did it slow and sure it has to be a life change. If you are physically able you should get out and walk though.
