"Why can't men complain?"
You certainly seem to be doing a pretty good job of it.

That's cute, I even imagined the flag and everything. The "waaa-mbulance"? That's from Disney's "The Kid", right?
I think it has more to do with presentation and who you complain to. There is a difference between complain and whining. If a women came up to me and said "my stomach hurts really bad" with a whine/cry/ or squeal to it my answer would be "sucks to be you". If the same women came up to me and said "Can't concentrate, stomach hurts." with no whine/cry/ or squeal then I would say "Sorry to hear that, want some Ibuprofen?" It goes the same way with a man. Whining is irritating. Dogs whine and that's why I don't have one.

I think you are confusing the difference between complaining and doing something.
People who just whine, are showing an incapability of grasping the situation and doing something about it.
People who make social change, do so by understanding the issue and presenting information in a manner that is excepted, therefore, bringing change.

No it has nothing to do with the 60s...
if you are a man and you complain that means you have no cojones to facilitate the desired change, which you should... You should persevere in the face of overwhelming odds even when it seems that the entire world is against you. Thats what being a man is all about.

The same reason why minorities are free to complain about things but whites aren't. But I'm afraid I don't know what that reason is.
But I admit, it's aggravating. I remember a while back pointing out that white people didn't have it as great as the minorities thought we did, and I got comments like "WAAAAH I LIVE IN A MANSION AND WENT TO A GOOD SCHOOL, POOR ME". Which is, as most white people know, total hogwash.

If anyone thinks that they are met with injustice, I think that by all means they have the right to complain. If there are opportunities that they do not take and sit around and whine without doing anything about it, they have no right to complain. "The squeaky wheel gets the grease!"

Although feminists get insulted, their arguments are rebutted with logical counterarguments. The feminists respond to arguments with insults alone. I suppose in the past that has been good enough. I suppose this was because feminism was the dominant force in gender studies and they were coming from a position of dominance.
With the amount of people calling feminism into question these days, that's not really going to cut it but they keep doing it anyway.
It's the best they can do.

Have you ever tried having a conversation with someone that doesn't stop talking? It's extremely one-sided, and you never get any words in because they just won't take a breath?
Well, men can't complain because women won't take a breath.
