How do I get Lily pollen out of clothes?

My girlfriend bought lilies and the pollen got on my clothes and stained. How do I get it out? I cant sellotape it off as a bit too ground in now.

Pollen usually washes out. Though since you mentioned it being ground in, you might want to let it soak a while first.
