hmmm...I think you may be leaving out crucial information to complete this definition here, because technically, a killer can always wear whatever clothes he chooses. Normal or otherwise. A hitman, a serial killer, a jealous lover spurned to kill his wife-all of these people may be dressed exactly like anyone else. A sociopath may be the term you are looking for, but has nothing to do with clothing style. Simply put, a sociopath is someone who lacks a moral social conscience, and is capable of horrible things, and could be anybody, but not necessarily a killer.
