No. You do not give more than you can take because it has to be 50/50. If it is not 50/50 then it's not going to work no matter how hard you try in the relationship.

Isn't that what we are supposed to do in a committed relationship. Or at least try to, because no relationship is ever 50/50, but the one receiving and the one giving changes from circumstance to circumstance.

these days there's hardly a 50/50 relationship anymore. U'd be lucky to get 60/40. for thr most part, it 70/30. the best one can hope for is to be the one getting the 70! (lol)
