When you get an interesting answer that promotes a debate...
Or when there is answer that is totally (or even dangerously) wrong.
I know its not the purpose.......But just every now and again....you really want to clarify....

yes because sometimes you have to talk (chat) to someone to realy understand what they are trying to say

When I find a need to discuss a question or answer I may (if it is an option) email that person. If that is not possible I just move on. A discussion format could go on and on and on for days-so no I wouldn't want that.
