Ever since I bought my computer the memory card reader, USB 2.0 port and the Mic and Headphone ports on the front of my computer havent worked, as there are USB 1.0 and Mic/Headphone ports on the back (I dont really use the card reader) and because of the appalling customer service I never bothered to return it (was a lot of hassle getting it in the 1st place) anyway I looked inside to see if anything was obviously disconnected but it seemed fine? can any1 help me? sorry for being vague but computers baffle me at the best of times :)

Check your BIOS settings and check the connection to the motherbase. See if it`s made a connection between the front panel USB ports and the MB.

You need to check your Bios settings and make sure they are set to the "on" position and then save those settings.
