Cheapest Option is this
Step 1: First open Internet Explorer
Step 2: Under the Tools menu select Internet Options
Step 3: Click on the Contents tab
Step 4: Under the Content Advisor option Select Enable (here you have option to enable a password so that only you can change the setting of the sites you have blocked)
Step 5: After you have set a password click on the Settings button
Step 6: This will open a new window in which you must select the "Approved sites" tab
Step 7: In that type the name of the website you want to block for example "www.xyzabc.com" and click on the "Never" button and this will restrict any visit to the sites.
Step 8: Click OK all the way out from the Internet options and then check by entering the website on the browser.
Step 9: WORD OF CAUTION : "PLEASE KEEP THE PASSWORD IN A SAFE PLACE WRITTEN ON A PIECE OF PAPER INCASE YOU FORGET IT AT A LATER DATE"

Wish you luck

Would seem a more logical approach to apply the restriction at the gateway / router, one such 'free' option is to replace your existing DNS nameservers with the ones offered by opendns:

http://www.opendns.com

You can then control the filtering of websites from that, instead of installing software on each machine, you choke it at the point of access.

Setup your network to use a proxy server and configure the proxy server to not allow viewing those sites.

Block it with your router (url blocking) . Therefore anyone accessing your internet connection wont be able to visit the sites.
