Seriously, a payment of month, out of whatever salary they get, that goes directly to each individual affected with property loss, as well as a portion of that going to rebuff the protective services that were used, including the US military.

Say, 15% of their income with 10% going to an individual (that means each child in the house!) and 5% going to the services used.

And this includes the parents of any kids responsible.

Harsh, but the older I get the more conservative I get, too!

Over 30 years in prison and possibly no payrole. Reason being, people lost their lives and their homes. It may have been an accident, but it must be punished.

The child should be put in prison for at least 25 years to show that even accidents have consequences. The parents should have to pay for the damages and costs and if they can't, prison for them too.
