This just might be a person who just can's say NO. You make plans to do this and that and during all the planning this person has already made up in their mind that none of the plans are going to be followed through by them. So what do I call this type of person? "Selfish" They don't care if they hurt you or don't even take into consideration if you could have really afforded to make that trip. But you did it just because this person agreed. So the word of the day is "SELFISH", which, like said, is this person and I wouldn't have anything else to do with them because obviously they don't care for or about you.

Selfish, immature, inconsiderate and mean. And you're still calling this person?
He/she's not worth it, leave them alone and you'll be better off. Don't be upset about how he/she treated you, some people are just really stupid, and don't deserve the importance you give them when you let them upset you!
If it was someone important, they might show up again sometime, when they feel like it, and then it will be your decision to let them back into your life or not. But let them call you!

this is an inconsiderate, selfish person who doesn't deserve your attention or concern. You could ask them if they have some underlying problem that you don't know about but if that's not the case then this person needs to be kicked to the curb because they're not worth your time.

A person with personal relastionship issues. A person that isn't going to win many friends or influence people very successfully. Perhaps a person you don't need to waste your time with.

you or the other person? Why are you wasting your time? Sounds like they just want to have you there for when they need from you only.
