Take some deep breaths and relax. You seem to be getting over excited about nothing.

Honestly this is becoming a little old. When are we going to put a side our differences. This whole black and white thing is tiresome. Yes, we know racism still exist.Yes, my people did suffer from slavery and so did Jews, Mexicans and every low class individual. The word N*gga, black, white, Caucasian what ever you want to call your self or describe yourself, that's on you. I'm am a twenty-five year old African American. No I did not come from Africa, my ancestors did, but I did not. I do not refer myself nor my friends as B****s, N*ggas, Hoes, Black or etc.. When I address people I address people by their name not by the color of there skin. Yes, racism still exist but honey it is now 2007 I no longer live in my past. I live for today. So when I hear someone make a race st comment it don't even bother me. I know who I am in Christ. So think about why are you even asking this question. Maybe you are unsure of your self. Anytime this topic gets you mad.

Because historically, whites have been the oppressors. And they are the more vulnerable group. That's just the way it is.
It's like the idea that a woman can slap a man, but a man can never, ever fight back.
That sounded really racist. It's just that blacks are in a weaker position in society and have been subject to serious abuse. No matter what, the white race is not going anywhere because it's such a majority.

unfair isnt it? I used to have a collection of Golliwog dolls in the 60's I certainly didn't think it referred to black peope and I loved those dolls. There used to be a highly entertaining show called the Black and White Minstrel show where the men 'blacked their faces and sang.' But you see in those days, there wasnt many ethnics around. There is room in this world for all of us, but racism works the other way round as well.

I don't get it.
I don't think any African American has ever been offended by me referring to them as black. I mean, sure, some people will say, "They're not actually black, they're dark brown," etc, but I am not actually white, either.
I don't know why it's a big deal. It shouldn't be. Someone probably just woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

It is because,of the history between Blacks and Whites.
If we lived in a country where racial stereotypes, did not
exist then we could bombard each other, about the color
of our skins. But there is a double standard, that is just
the way it is. But when Blacks do say things in that
content about Whites, it is a term of ethnic endearment, not
racist rantings.

Fear of being labeled as condoning rasism.
It's backwards and abusing the power of equality. Thank God not everone is like that. But unfortunatly there are so many people of all oragins who use casual racism. It's just fuckin silly.

Because black people think only THEY can be discriminated against.
I see many forms of "the pot calling the kettle black" (pun intended) everyday.
I think more black people are racist against whites then whites are against blacks these days.

It's not right, is it?
I've heard it said that it's because years and years and years ago they were oppressed because of their colour and white people never have been (could so easily have been the other way round?) so we don't know what it was like - the fact that neither do they because it was generations ago seems irrelevant!
