I hear if you drop a teaspoon of bleach in the sample then when they test the sample in will come back clean. Just pour a little bleach in a comdom and tie it up. sounds weird but hid it in your bum or where you see fit. then when you pee pour it in and tie the comdom up and hide it again. It works. Jus don't get caught. And STOP DOING METH DUMB A**!!!!!

Drink lots of water, like over a gallon before. Take recommended dose of Tylenol and drink a lot of vinegar. Italian salad dressing works too if you don't have any.
