When the Pats play away games, everyone goes home anyways at the half. So what's the difference.
Not a Pats fan but I don't like to see fans leaving before games are over. It is something that really pisses me off. When SD played them I watched the whole game......and didn't cry about it later. They were obviously the better team. We'll get our revenge:)

Uhh no. Come on. This is the first time in a while we have had talk about NFL running up the score. Play the game. Besides you never know what could happen. I seem to remember a few comebacks...
Better yet, I have a great idea. Why not have no losers at all. Yeah, everyone gets a trophy!

No way!
That's a terrible rule. First of all, you can't just single out one team like that. Secondly, it doesn't give the other team a legit chance of catching up. Even though that is unlikely against the Pats this year, they should still have that opportunity.

Have yall forgotten we are talking about the NFL the best of the best not just high school teams playing good teams against shitty teams. I came from a high school that could have ran the score on anybody they wanted but we beat everybody by 40 points we even won state but thats not what we are talking about we are talking about the best of the best the NFL if your team sucks thats your fault they need better draft picks when it is draft season

NO.... the rules against cheating should be (should have been) enforced to the extent of the cheating! how much longer are pat fans going to have their heads shoved in the sand over it -- about the same amount of time that Barry Bonds apologists believe he never took any performance enhancing drugs.

This isn't little league...that won't work. Someone just needs to take a 15 yard penalty by hitting Brady after the whistle & below the waste...maybe he'll be out a few weeks. That'll teach Shady Brady & Bill Belacheat a lesson or two.

No, i dont have a problem with running the score up...its rather stupid from their point of view because theyre risking the health of their key players when they could just run the ball and kill the clock

good idea.
or better yet, how about TD passes occuring during the final 2 minutes when up by 40 do not count. Since the defense obviously is not playing hard anymore..
