She is to pay the first $250 per child per calendar year. She won't do this and I don't want the doctors coming after me when it's court ordered she is to do this.

Man, I am sorry to tell you this, but the doctors and anyone else the court says she must pay is not bound by the court order. The court order is directed at her and it is up to her to honor that court order. Any creditors or outstanding bills that she is ordered to pay may still come after you, because the order does not tell them...it only relates to you and your wife. I agree with the previous responder, go back to court and get a "contempt of court" filed and have the judge impose sanctions upon her and her salary.

Sorry, but those coming after you for money do not care about the court order.

The doctors honestly don't care about your court orders. They just want to be paid. Pay the bill and YOU go after her for the money. If you don't, it will only ruin your credit. Keep all the documents involved and take her back to court to get your money. Good luck :)

Get your attorney involved. If he was ordered by the court to pay these fees/costs, then he is in violation of a court order and can be held in contempt of court.

Take her back to court for violating a court order. Then she'll have to pay the $250.

If the doctors contact you, send them a copy of the court order and a letter of how you will not hesitate to sue them for harassing you over a bill that is not yours.

The court told me that I'd have to pay for everything up front and then ask for reimbursment by mailing him the reciepts..within a number of days..
He's then given a set amount of time (10 days) to reimburse me & if he hasn't then I send a copy of everything to the courts.. they then reinforce the payment by sending letters .. when that doesn't work then YOU set up a court hearing where the judge will force the coparent to pay up.. or get locked up.

I don't know where your located, but in Michigan the parent who's responsible to pay should, but if they don't, it's your responsibility to pay the debt and then submit a form to the court (here it would be the Friend of the Court) for reimbursement. But again, I don't know where your located to better answer your question.

hmmm... send the medical bills to the child support office, they will make her pay up... also, send copies of the order to the places they owe... hmmm... medical bills for you, or the kids? also, show the doctors the copies of the order, they should bill your ex... if you should happen to have to take them to court also file contempt charges for them not following the order, also... file that they pay all court costs and your lawyer costs... lol! =)

Want to know how to get your ex back? Change yourself. Don't worry about changing other people, worry about changing yourself. Go to https://tr.im/SubaT

Once you do that then you can start to worry about getting back together with your ex, other wise you will find that you are fighting about all the same things and getting no where. Do what it takes and I promise things will work out in your favor.

The funny thing is I came to the realization that I had to change a little too late. After I was kicked out and after I was about to lose the only things that truly mattered to me - her love. A funny thing happens when we truly love someone and lose them. We do what ever it takes to get them back. For me I had to drop bad habits that had caused not only our relationship to sour but practically every other relationship I had had in the past. Not only with women, but with friends, co-workers, family, you name it.

Which is why I say to you as my ex at the time said to me, the only thing you can do is change yourself. Work on yourself and improve on the person that you already are. Drop the negative things in your life that don't belong there and you will see all of your relationships start to take off to new heights.

If it's in writing with the court, send them a copy certified. Before it ends up in collection.
