if you soak the stained clothing in cold water and add a small amount of dish washing liquid to the stain. Rub the liquid in using your ringer tips. Leave for a few min´s before popping into your washing machine on a 30ºc or 40ºc normal wash cycle . This will lift the lipstick out ,also works well for many other stains , such as oil

place a paper towel over the lipstick and run an iron on low heat over the garment opposite side where the lipstick stain and paper towel is. The waxy residue of the lipstick will hopefully melt into the papertowel. Pretreat the leftover pigment if any and wash

A paint remover for fabric should work because lipstick has oil in it and so does acrylic paint.

full strength liquid laundry detergent scratched in with fingernail or rubbed/scrubbed into fabric (repeat if needed) about 3-5 minutes prior to washing.
