I mean c'mon why should they get punished for beating a kid and putting him in the hospital. That's just racist.

yeah and it happened some six months ago -- who cares huh?
but if it was a white kid that beat up a black kid -- they'd have already tarred and feathered him plus thrown him in jail for life
