Wow, this was a great question and answer session. A privilege is not a right, but the right to work to get one should be equally available to us all.

Having privileges is a privilege.
Privilege is rewarded and accepted
due to the interest of the privilege
by the privilegee
who will receive pleasure from the privilege
Receiving pleasure is an individual feeling
Therefore, of interest only to some, not the sum of everyone.
If everyone receives the equal amount of pleasure,
from said privilege, we can feel secure that we now have an equal privilege, therefore securing one privilege.
We then move on to the next privilege and so on etc, etc,
I don't think we can secure equal privileges but it might be more fun than our quest for securing equal rights.

Equal rights? ha.
Many would love to just argue about the veracity of that statement alone, but to add the spectre of privilege? You must still be an idealist of magnificent proportions...
The word privilege infers special perks for the member of the group that merits (or not) the benefit, and is specific to that group in order to give prestige and value to that group.
We would say a clergyman has certain benefits related to his job, but should everyone have the privileges of the priesthood? Same for every profession that gains privilege -- if you think you deserve equal perks then become a priest, preacher, or reverend (or the profession with the desired privilege).
As for racial privilege, there are advantages and disadvantages (related to privilege) that you should really examine before even wishing for an oxymoronical thing such as "equal privilege". A rich white protestant female would demand certain privileges in certain parts of society that would most certainly not be granted if she maintains the stereotypical role (that grants the privilege) in other segments of that same society. And even within the greater groupings, there is bias and not everyone of that group rate the privilege.
Various racial groupings have privilege rewarded within their own cultural aspects and recognize its value to the leaders in order to signify their leadership.
To have equal privilege, you would have to have a totally homogenous grouping with no leaders, no followers who value the contributions of the privileged and so reward them, and no rewards for nebulous socio-economic factors that are subconsciously valued and revalued according to human nature.
One would have to level the field and be above accepting privileges or giving them. It seems to be human nature to take advantage of any aspect of one's existence, so the altruistic urge in humanity would have to be enlarged and replaced with a spirit that says "I will make it on my own merits and skill, not those of a group that I happen to belong to." It would result in the destruction of privilege, not an equalling of it, though zero does equal zero. Instead of a crazy equal world where everyone gets an extra donut hole, and not just the cops, no one would get any extra anything!
I could go on, but I think you get my point.
Impossible. The very concept is illogical due to word definition and human nature.

Well I've learnt that if you want to fight for equal privileges you have to have made a list of very good notes on this situation you wish to get equal privileges for.
When you've gone over and edited these thoughts/ideas and think they're good enough then present them forward to whoever the boss is.
I can't guarantee that you'll always get a good result but at least you've made your voice heard.

You can't secure equal privileged in a liberal society. The point is that we are all born as equal individuals with equal opportunity, but because we are individuals, we are endowed with different talents such as intellect and skills. This means that as we progress in life and use our varying degrees of talent, we create our own opportunities according to our talents. Others may have more talent and hence more success. It is a liberal incentive to take charge of your life as an individual and progress as much as you can.

It's impossible.
A privilege is something that you have that most people don't have. You can get it through birth, or through your career, or any other number of ways.
If it was equal, it wouldn't be a privilege.

Privileges are earned. The sooner people realize there is no free lunch and that they can have whatever they want if they are willing to work for it the better off we will all be...........

Privileges go to those that earn them. You want a bigger car, house, etc? Go work for it.
