Americans fear your leaders. Now, in many parts of the world, there are leaders who do very well spewing anti-American rhetoric to the glee of the people, and we don't consider them threats.

But Iran is different, if only because it's not been that long since 1979 when we saw exactly what can happen in Iran when you have anti-American rhetoric. This is still the reason for major distrust Americans have for Iran.

If you want to do things on your end to change the situation, work to get more moderate leaders in power. Look, they don't even have to like the US, but at least find some that aren't hateful.

This site and many Persians who have moved to America have voiced that same opinion as often as they can. This country has in return said that we have nothing but respect for the people of Iran. However, the leadership of Iran is dangerous to this and other countries in the region. We are looking forward to a peaceful way to alter the path the President of Iran has chosen.

The Iranian government has been murdering Americans since 1979 and we have been too patient with the islamofascist scum that rules Iran. If the Iranian people don't overthrow their evil government and stop killing Americans our patience will soon run out...

Then you need to send a clear message to the world by voting out your current President in the next election and get a leader who doesn't go around threatening his neighbors with annihilation and defying the UN by continuing in his attempt to develop nuclear weapons. You should also tell him and your religious leaders to stop preaching Jihad and to stop supporting and exporting terrorism. Good Luck.

We don't dislike Iranians, just the current regime that is in power and threatening the region. Building atomic weapons and supplying the weapons to kill American troops in Iraq.

I don't think you're a threat, I didn't think Iraq was a threat. But the oil sucking bombdroppers got this whole "we all gonna burn and die from those crazy brown people" fear and hate machine going. Hopefully cooler heads prevail, but don't count on it, they didn't in Iraq.
