I just bought a 5 piece set of LeCruset for just a mere 156.00!!! There was shipping too so it bought it up to about $200. Did I need this? No I didn't! If you saw how many pots and pans I have you'd come over to my house and confinscate my new LeCruset!

OMG, I'm sure that I do! I'm into crazyquilting and I buy all sorts of stuff to use while I'm working on something. But get this, so far, I have not even completed one single project!! It's an addiction, I guess. But I have fun and it's not hurting anyone..... And in the meantime... I feel like I'm on a treasure hunt when I'm trying to find new stuff to add to my stash supply. Lol.... When I die, my DD will probably get all of my stuff and donate it to a local charity w/o even knowing it's true value. Most CQ'ers would know that I've invested over $1000 into it by now. Crazy, huh?

Okay I know what you're saying but that sounds like a super deal. We use the LeCruset we got as a gift from our family every day. You may not need them now, but if you start using them, they will quickly become the only pots you use. Seriously. You can sell all your others on e-bay.

Enjoy your new pots.

I haven't bought anything but bare necessities in a long time. There are so many things I want to do with my kids after I find a job - they deserve so much more!

I wouldn't mind a set of Le Crueset myself! If you ever get tired of it...

Get cooking!

I don't usually do that because usually a good deal means you still have to shell out a lot of cash in order to obtain that good deal. When I have more disposable cash in life, I will get more involved with good deals that I don't need. i will stick to the basics for now.

I do it sometimes but so does my husband and the older kids.
We have a wide variety of "seemed like a good idea at the time" purchases sitting around the house doing nothing !

Yes I'm bad like this , a great deal is a great deal and that little voice in the back of my head always Say's to me - " if you walk away from this steal of a deal you will have regrets " .

...all the time!! And you think you have a bad habit now?? Just wait until after you are married and both of you collect relentlessly!! A rule in my house is "if it hasn't been used in a year, get rid of it". Use yard sales, donations (tax deductable), give it to family & friends.
