Affirmative action is bull. I think it is way more racist to enforce it than not to enforce it. Why should somebody get a job based on what they look like? If a black person and a white person are going for the same job- the one who is best suited for the job should get it. It's bogus that we get judged by how much melanin is in our skin.

NO . If you are a hard worker and do the job well. then it should go to you.
I have worked with many that were based on the above include age
I have met more older people that can run circles around a 20 year old.

I think it is helpful in some cases. I don't care much for a male dominating society, where men are doing all the work and women are at home all day making blankets, birthing babies, and giving you sex whenever you damn please.
Without AA we will take 20 steps backwards into a time where there was an intense racial segregation and women are looked at as nothing but property.
I don't care much for racial segregation, but I don't want to work for a company where I'm not wanted either. It's sad when a company can't see that an employer simply wants to work, make money, pay their bills, and live life to the fullest but they don't want to hire a certain person based on their race or sex, and they think they're not qualified simply because of their color and or gender. Business is business, not personal, but some people have a very hard time ignoring stereotypes.
Although, when I create my business I will want to hire whoever I damn please, but at the same time I believe in working in diverse environments.

Amjid believes in action but not that kind. Is not fair to give someone job just for what they looks like or something. Give job only to person who can do job good.
