Found this online hope it helps some. You should really try to stay in school though, even with a college degree its not easy.

Oklahoma students must attend school until they graduate or turn 18 unless, on or after their 16th birthday, they are excused from attending by a written agreement between the administrator of the school district and the student's parents or guardian. The agreement must be in the child's and the community's best interests (Okla. Stats., Sec. 70-10-105).

The best time to quit school - is right after Graduation.

Seriously - you think life sucks now in school wait til you try to go through life without a high school diploma! If you're bent on quitting school you should practice this line for your future career:
"Do you want fries with that?"

Unless you're on the verge of creating a million dollar business - quitting school is the last thing you'd want to do. This is no longer a feasible option in the 21st century.

dont quit school. youve went this far why would you quit now? its stupid to drop out. it has a huge effect on your life. i think its around 16 but by then you woulda spent over 10 years in school, why would you stop when you only have a couple more years? they set the age that high just because of that.

you do no longer opt for to do this. no longer having a intense college degree will actually make it stressful to get a job at McDonald's sweeping the flooring. Take a solid look on the 40 year olds working at McDonald's at eleven at night, is that what you opt for to instruct out like? stressful it out, you're able to do it!

unless a parent or guardian is signing you out, i think its either 16/17..
i quit when i was 16, and i am a total good for nothing screw up, so i really hope that you put ALOT of thought into what limitations will be put on your life if you quit.

if u have to leave HS do your best, and get a GED...take it from me, you are screwed if you have nothing....best of luck, hope it turns out for the best for your sake.

Like someone said before....the best way to get out is to graduate. If not, you'll end up on welfare someday wishing you had an education to at least be able to flip burgers at McDonald's.
