i think you are an angel it was polite of you to take the time to help.it was in considerate of the other person not to thank you for you help. I think it has something to do with the way a person is brought up as to how they see others if they are brought up with manners they will naturally recognise that you have taken time to help them when you didn't have to.social class also has an impact so if your working class your seen as being poor. Social status is probably the main way people distinguish who you are so if your wearing the latest fashion item people will automatically respect you and use manners etc around you.

you are who you are. no one will ever fully understand who you are. only you know your feelings, only you know what you've done and what you're gonna do.

in your situation, the first guy was just ungrateful. The second guy understood the importance and the timing of the information you were giving him.

but there is a big difference of who you are and what people think you are. always remember that, you could be the nicest person in the world, but a few idiots could still treat you like crap.

You are an angel. Actually, I believe that you, and all others, are children of God. He is your spiritual father and begat you in the pre-earth realms/world before you were born to this earth. He loves you and you have a purpose here on earth. As do I and everyone else who was born.

I think the other's point of view of themselves has a bearing on their image of us. Otherwise, you wouldn't have gotten a positive response from one person and nothing from the other, if your self-image was what controlled it.

I think you create your own image, you determine who you are. What other people say only matters to the degree that you let it affect how you feel about yourself.

yeah, people will judge you based on how they perceive you.. not on how you really are.. different people could get different perceptions of the same thing and because of that they'd both end up with totally different opinions of you.. it all comes down to the difference between perception and reality..

I believe we see what we want to see and how we feel...If we are happy we seem to be more positive and friendly...If we are depressed we seem to be critical and unfriendly...Remember the saying...Want a friend...B 1....

he he.. yah... other people can help... but only God and you are the one who knows the real you... try to understand yourself... don't depend too much on how others see you, because in the end, it's only you and your maker...
