I live in a basement apartment, and yes, it's damp, so that makes it feel colder than it actually is.

Mine's actually pretty dry because there are drain holes out the basement door so water doesn't come in.

I have a basement that floods whenever there's a lot of rain. I live near the Delaware River.


I can't keep anything down there it sucks.

Sometimes...if it rains a lot and real hard water comes through the cracks in the foundation...I try and air it out as much as possible...
