i believe the question is not asked properly and most people would jump and say it's bogus.
but if you try to think of yourself as being part of all people and part of everything, you'll begin feeling there's more than meets the eye. it had many names over the years, but it usually described a state of being into the universe where nothing is lost but kept and recorded.
some people begin to sense that the way we perceive time, as flowing, is not accurate at all.
there's actually no time or space, but the way our consciousness represents life itself.
there are 'esoteric' ways of 'explaining' the deja vu phenomenon - and they are many. either 'projecting yourself' into the astral plane, akasha, where time is fixed or still, or actually being able 'to see into the future' - a 'future' which has not been yet.
but 'deja vu' is limited. don't you sometime 'remember' the exact smell, sound, taste or whatever sensation beside sight?
stick to the 'concord' instead of 'progressive' time idea.

Yes, although perhaps not exactly as you described, Though I applaud your thinking style of asking what if rather than how. The world would be a much different and perhaps less wonderful place if people like Einstein had blindly accepted established laws of science like Newton's.
Some of the results from Remote Viewing as well as precognitive (the target is randomly selected after the subject describes it) ESP tests have shown some evidence of time displacement.
Dejavu is mostly explained by normal brain processes. However, if one had the feeling that one was there before and could accurately describe beforehand (let's say draw a map and describe accurately all of the rooms of a house) the space before entering then one would perhaps be experiencing more than Dejavu. Of course it could be ESP (Clairvoyance) or some other as yet to be explained phenomena. This could also be explained by several field theories or tapping into a universal or collective consciousness as Jung and others have suggested.
Our current understanding of time is so basic and obviously incomplete that I don't dismiss any possible line of thought. Now coming up with testable ideas and creating experiments to look for evidence of those ideas that is a bit more complex.

And seeing in to the future is like accessing it before we actually live it. Maybe this mind is like connected to us all and that’s how we can find out things about where going to be and who where going to be around…and in the case of other peoples murders we don’t even know like where a body is hidden with out having any clues to add together. Because everyone’s thoughts are up there and what is going to happen is up there…on some subconscious mind level.
I do not believe it is possible to see into the future. My reason is simple: the future hasn't happened yet. Seeing into the future creates one paradox after another. If someone is willing and able to provide any sort of hypothesis as to how this could be possible I would be willing to listen.
The rest of your musings remind me of discussions I used to have with high school friends as the joint was passed. The bulk of questions can be boiled down to one or two: Are we really here? And if we are, how do we know? Is now really now? Has tomorrow already happened? Is the entire time span of the universe really just occurring in a nanosecond?
Curiosity and a desire to learn about the world and our place in it is a good thing. However, when asking if something is possible you need to have a reason to think it may be possible. Are we really here? Perhaps, perhaps not. It appears as if we are. What is your reason to think we may not be? That sort of thinking.
Deja vu may be nothing more than a brain glitch where we are remembering something just as it's happening. That seems to be the consensus anyway.

I don't know if it is possible to see in the future but I do know the sensation of knowing things with no explanation as to why. For instance my husband was furious at me once when we were supposed to fly home from a vacation. I flat out refused to fly on our scheduled flight. I can't tell you why, but walking in the tunnel between the terminal and plane, I had a sensation of terror and could not breathe. My husband had to schedule and pay extra for a different flight. The plane crashed. Usually similiar sensations I have involve friends and family. I got up and got dressed before the police called saying my High School son was arrested at a keg party, I knew when my Brother was injured by a terrorist in Greece before the Air Force contacted his wife, I have told my husband which team will win a football game right down to the score when I think it is a waste of time for him to spend an afternoon in front of the television. My family thinks I am strange, but will always check to see if I have a bad feeling now. I wish there was a rational explanation.

What?????
When I get knowledge of a future event it is just that, Knowledge. i just know something whole and complete. My brain has processed it as if it were a fact and a done deal. I cannot explain it any other way. I usually know it is precognitive when it comes out of the blue. Usually these events that I can foretell are of no significance. Like today I told my friend that his phone was on the wrong setting with out looking at it, I just knew and I told him as casually as I would to button his shirt. I just knew. I just knew about 9/11 but what could I do with the fragmented peices I was being shown? Nothing. I knew they would not blow up the bridge so I felt confident in walking home that day knowing full well that they would not do t hat although it seemed logical it would.

I agree with the others, no, not in the full way you describe. But our minds as they are designed, are amazing computers.
At any one point in time our subconscious mind is picking up over 500 stimuli, unconsciously, while our conscious mind is doing regular tasks. What may pass as intuition, is actually those subconscious signals coming together.
Years ago, this was purportedly put to task by subliminal advertising. A movie theatre could put a single slide onto the projector, one slide out of 100, of buttered popcorn and a drink. This visual would be unseen by the conscious mind, but at intermission, people would be motivated to go to the snack bar and purchase something. Sales would actually go up with this practice.

no, although all that is good material for fiction, it doesnt work like that in real life.
If any knowledge of the future is possible, its not acheivable by humans, and nobody has been able to prove any kind of psychic abilities. What we have is a bunch of testimonials, and psychics who report making predictions after the event has already occured.
Do you know how many people claimed to have predicted the world trade center incident? I say, if they are telling the truth they are bastards for either not warning anyone, or warning us in undecipherable code, such as the bible code, or the writings of the fraud Nostradamus.

Yes. What you are referring to is Cosmic/Divine consciousness (The All Source/ God). Psychics perceive this knowledge everyday of their lives. They are connected to the divine consciousness (The All Source/ God) which enables them to receive this information through their 5 physical senses; such as clairesentience (clear feeling), claireaudience (clear hearing), clairevoyance (clear seeing), etc.
Please read up on Philosophy, Psychology and Metaphysics to gain a clearer understanding of the terminology they use to describe these events.

No, I don't. Much, if not all, of the events which convince people that they have such visions can be explained through a combination of coincidence, prior knowledge and confirmation bias. Deja vu is a fairly well understood neurological hiccup and is not related to the paranormal.
