The man is wanted for his part in war crimes, yet he avoids justice like the plague.

Wouldn't rumsfeld feel much better if he would just turn himself in, and then he won't have to flee from justice any longer?

from whos justice, binladen is the only one who thinks this is so.stop the madness. besides people go thier whole lives and never go to Germany so there is no need for him to ever set foot there. and Germany is the last country on earth to talk about war crimes what a joke the inventors of death camps.lol

He was man enough to show up in France. I don't think he understands the concept that he could be punished for the wrong he does. None of them fear that. Why not, look at the

Honestly not sure how it would go if someone attempted to arrest him. Got a bad feeling it would just lead to a beatdown by our armed forces or the UN being kicked out of the country.

He was in Germany when the charges were brought to the court. In German law, he can only be charged if in the country.
