Laptops are cheap enough now that there's pretty much no need to borrow money to pay for one (which of course makes things more expensive as the finance company has to make its profit along with covering those who default on the loan).

If you want to get a cheap laptop and pay later because you can't afford it now what makes you think you'll be able to afford to pay it later? Unless you already have the money chances are you won't be able to afford to pay later (and if you already have the money why would you want to pay later?).

Though it is a good idea not to buy a laptop from outside the country you live in because the warranty won't cover (it is for the country it is bought with the international part being for citizens of that country only).

Nowhere. Save your pennies and buy one outright - buying now and paying later adds big dollars to any purchase and is a RIP OFF.
