The process of sperm production is heat sensitive. A dip in the hot tub now and then is ok for most men, but men with fertility problems are usually told to avoid hot tubs, saunas, etc.

Yes and no. If you are using it as birth control then no - it won't work. If you are trying to conceive then your husband should limit his time in the hot tub and limit the heat ............. the heat can kill some sperm. Also the heat could cause birth defects during pregnancy. Limited use with cooler temps are better. Only a few minutes at a time with plenty of cool down time

if you mean having sexually intercourse making love in the hot tub itself.

yes it will kill the sperms and a nother thing do not make love in hot tub anyways. the water will leak through the female vaginal and wreak the way her sex is.
she will never have a baby.

bad idea for both male and female. do not!!!! make love in a hottub.
